An AI agent is meant to query stock levels, check deliveries or prepare orders. We connect it to SAP through clean interfaces, with clear authorisations. Read access is the starting point. We only enable write actions once they have proven themselves, and on request with approval by a human.
Setting up open-source models
For cases where data shouldn't go to a big AI provider or a specific model is needed: we choose suitable open models and set them up on rented GPU infrastructure, in Switzerland, in Europe or internationally, depending on your data protection requirements. We start with a proof of concept and then hand over cleanly to your team.
