The VARUNO team
Behind successful SAP projects are not just systems and processes, but people who listen, understand and take responsibility.
We're an experienced, dynamic team united by one shared passion: logistics that works, and SAP that genuinely supports it.
We bring our experience from a wide range of projects and industries.
With a clear goal: to create solutions that really work in day-to-day operations.
We listen, question what exists, and take new paths when it makes sense.
For us, good solutions don't come from a standard playbook. They grow out of open exchange, honest discussion and real collaboration on equal footing, with our clients and with each other.

Focus
Christina is an SAP SD consultant with heart and mind. Her focus is everything between customer order and invoice, but her view reaches further. She looks at processes from start to finish and beyond sales, for example into the warehouse, purchasing or production.
Her goal: processes that work across the whole company.
Approach
Christina spent several years on the user side at an industrial company herself. That's why she knows first-hand how a company ticks, where everyday work gets stuck and what the business departments really need from a solution. Pragmatic. Solution-oriented. And always ready with a laugh.
Good to know
Christina is quick-witted, and not only in discussions, where she is rarely lost for a quip. After work she proves it on the punching bag, too. By the way, you'll usually hear her laugh before you see her.
What drives us is the joy of making a difference together: that's why we guide change not only technically, but also on a human level, close to the people who work with the processes every day. We work in a focused, pragmatic way and with a clear stance. For us, working together as partners is not an empty phrase, but the foundation of successful projects.
